Adrienne + Brian // Small Intimate Wedding at the Ancaster Mill

Small, intimate weddings are the absolute best. Oh, did I mention this took place on a Wednesday, too? Yup! Gone are the days you need to reserve a weekend date for your wedding. Although this may have had covid to blame, can we please start making Wednesday elopements a thing? No stress, no traffic, just good vibes.

This sweet couple is a Katie Marie x Bisma Bhatti elopement client, and we managed to throw together a super quick & cozy elopement for them last on last minute notice. Queen Bis was able to secure the Ancaster Mill for their special day, and I was able to bring Adrienne’s photo vision to life.

Adrienne had mentioned she wanted more of a nature feel to her photos, and less of the traditional Ancaster Mill waterfall vibe. Luckily, I knew the perfect spot right around the corner and we managed to squeeze a quick 10 minute photo session at the field. Adrienne wanted photos that showed “infinity” and just miles of open field/nature to show that the love A&B had, is infinite. I’m glad we were able to squeeze a few in!

This was a 3 hour elopement package, that included some getting ready shots, the ceremony, portraits & even a bit of the reception. Sometimes, that’s all ya need!

Also, the Ancaster Mill is definitely one of my favourite venues in the area. Always a pleasure photographing here, and the staff is wonderful. Huge fan. 10/10 recommend.
