Before you select a date, keep a few of the following points in mind.

Try not to book a date that you think you may be menstruating. Try your best to pick a timeframe that’s no where near a potential period week.

Most of my sessions take place from Mon-Thurs, and I understand you may need to take the day off work to attend. I promise it’ll be worth the vacation day, think of it as a self care day!

And finally, TRIPLE check the date with your calendar to make sure you are choosing the right date before you hit submit. We have VERY strict rescheduling policies and there will be fees if you book a date and need to reschedule it. I really don’t like having to be the bad guy, but in order to keep the business running and my team happy - I need to enforce the policies. Please ONLY book a date you are 100% comfortable with attending.

Once you select a date you will be brought to the booking information page. Please only go to the next page once you have settled on your exact date, to avoid a double booking.

Calendar can be slow to load dates sometimes. Give it a minute to populate the date options and if needed, go back and forth between months to refresh.

PLEASE NOTE: THE $150 CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE BOOKING/DEPOSIT IS COMPLETE. PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE CREDIT TO SHOW UP ON THE INVOICE AS I HAVE TO MANUALLY ADJUST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, WE’LL MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS THE CREDIT APPLIED!

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SESSION FEE/RETAINER

Client understands that the session fee retainer of $499+HST is non-refundable and reserves the date and time for the Photography Session. THE SALE DISCOUNT OF $150 WILL BE APPLIED AFTER BOOKING AND THE DISCOUNT WILL APPLY TO THE TOTAL COST OF THE INVOICE. The remainder of the invoice will be due in full prior to the start of the session. No products shall be delivered until the entire amount is paid in full. Payment plans are available. If a client chooses to set up a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full before session date. Any upgrades to the package can be discussed at the session and a post-payment plan may be issued for the upgraded costs only.

CANCELLATION

Boudoir By Katie Marie agrees to reserve and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for the date, time, and duration for performance of the services booked by the client. For this reason, in the event that CLIENT BREACHES, REPUDIATES OR CANCELS the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Boudoir By Katie Marie, in order to offset its loss of business. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. If the Client cancels their session less than 30 days from the session date, a $150 cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file and all previous payments will be retained by Boudoir by Katie Marie. If the Client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session, a $350 cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file and all previous payments will be retained by Boudoir by Katie Marie. 

RESCHEDULING

Client may reschedule the Photography Session once, provided that: (1) Client provides notice of the desire to reschedule no less than 48 hours before the Session Date; and (2) the Photography Session is rescheduled to a date no later than 90 days after the original Session Date. A rebooking fee of $100 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for the new date. If Client provides less than 48 hours notice of a reschedule request, client is subject to a $300 rebooking fee. If Client wishes to postpone their session for a second time, Client will be charged a $450 rebooking fee. Client agrees that the credit card on file will be charged automatically if a rebooking fee is issued. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, pandemic, epidemic, government shutdowns, strikes, state of emergencies, acts taken by the Government or any other cause beyond the control of Boudoir by Katie Marie, at no additional costs to the Client. In the event that the Photographer is forced to reschedule a session, all previously paid deposits will transfer over to the new date. In the event of a government shutdown, no refunds will be issued; however, all deposits will be transferable to a new date in the future.

NO-SHOW

If Client and/or key individuals fail to attend to the scheduled session, all monies paid prior will be forfeited and retained by Boudoir by Katie Marie. A no-show fee of $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card kept on file. If payment is unsuccessful and/or if a card has insufficient funds, it will be sent to Collections for further action.
