I will be randomly drawing for ONE lucky winner to win a Couples Mini Session (retail value of $250) to take place next year at a date/time to be confirmed between Jan-Mar 2019.

The session will take place indoors. It will be a “snuggle/lifestyle/cozy” session vibe. More information to be released at a later date.

Photo shoot will be taking place in the Hamilton area, and you must be able to travel to the destination at your own expense. 

You will receive a 20 minute photo shoot and an online gallery with 10 fully edited high-resolution digital images.

Contest ends December 23, 2018 at midnight. The winner will be randomly chosen and announced on my Instagram page, and contacted via social media on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2018. Winner must respond within 48 hours or another winner will be chosen.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED BY KATIE MARIE PHOTOGRAPHY (“SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED BY KATIE SILVA. (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON November 26, 2018 AT  1:30 P.M. (ET) AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 23, 2018 AT 11:59 P.M. (ET) (“CONTEST PERIOD”). 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ONLY AN INSTAGRAM COMMENT is required.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. 

Giveaway winner(s) will be chosen at random using an automatic generator. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be contacted via social media (Instagram) and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. A list of winners will be displayed on the giveaway original contest post.

Instagram is in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to tweets and Instagram posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. A reply to the winning message is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.

Images included in the giveaway post may not depict the exact prize, and are for illustrative purposes only.

Winner will receive the final edited gallery within 2-4 weeks. The photos will be copyrighted by Katie Marie Photography and MUST NOT be altered, edited or changed in any way. The editing style is left to the discretion of the photographer and no further edits will be offered after the final delivery. 

Winner will have full printing rights to their photos, and must sign a model release on-site at the shoot.

Winner will be given a set number of photos (10), and will have the option to purchase additional photos through the gallery.

Winner agrees to show up at least 20 minutes early to their session to allow for check-in and prep. If the winner does not show up to the session or cancels, the winnings will be forfeited.

The Winner will receive ONE mini session taking place on a specific date and location determined by the photographer. The session will take place during a regular mini session day, therefore the time slot is non-negotiable and the winner will be notified a few weeks in advance of their time slot.

The session is non-transferable and must be used on the given date/time as stated by the photographer. Winner agrees to notify photographer if they are unable to attend.
